Continuous service availability

Exact completion timelines (unless in a written agreement)

That results will meet every preference if conditions limit cleaning (for example: permanent stains, damage, heavy buildup, or pre-existing issues)

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analys House Cleaning is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of income or business interruption

Damage caused by pre-existing issues, hidden conditions, unstable furniture/items, or improper installation/maintenance by others

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold harmless Analys House Cleaning from claims resulting from:

Misuse of Services

Violation of these Terms

Violation of laws or third-party rights

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information that causes loss, delay, or harm

14. USER DATA

We maintain customer information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for information you submit through forms, calls, SMS, email, or other communications.
